107-year-old Central Secretariat Club in Delhi served eviction notice
Following similar actions against the Delhi Gymkhana Club and Jaipur Polo Ground, the 107-year-old Central Secretariat Club, previously known as the Talkatora Club, is now being evicted. An eviction notice was served on July 17, demanding that the club vacate the property right away. This came just three days after the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) revoked the club's recognition. In response, the club has filed a petition with the Delhi High Court to challenge the eviction.
